Scott L Reed, CRE CCIM serves as the Managing Director of the firm’s Portland office and leads the firm’s Real Estate Consulting practice. Scott specializes in consulting and valuation assignments related to residential and commercial development projects. He has completed analysis on over 20,000 residential units and over a billion square feet of commercial space.

 

Scott is primarily focused on real estate valuation and consulting for large mixed-use residential development projects, with experience at every stage of the process: site selection, feasibility, market analysis, construction cost estimating, entitlements, build-out and sell-off.

 

Scott previously served as a Director for the Real Estate Valuation & Consulting practice of Duff & Phelps, LLC, as well as a Vice President in the Real Estate Valuation & Consulting Practice at Standard & Poor’s Corporate Value Consulting.
